Job Description Job Description Real Estate Attorney- Partner Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Real Estate Attorney to join our legal team for a Partner position. This position is responsible for providing expert legal advice and services on a variety of real estate matters, including transactions, litigation, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate law, be adept at handling complex legal issues, and possess excellent negotiation skills. Key Responsibilities Provide legal counsel on real estate transactions, including purchases, sales, leases, and development agreements. Represent clients in real estate litigation matters, including disputes and negotiations. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents related to real estate. Conduct legal research and stay updated on real estate laws and regulations. Advise clients on compliance with local and federal real estate laws and regulations. Collaborate with other professionals, including developers, brokers, and financial institutions, to facilitate smooth transactions.
