What will I be doing as an AT&T Sales Enrollment Specialist?
Process AT&T residential service enrollments, ensuring accuracy
and compliance with company policies. Verify customer eligibility,
cross-checking information using internal systems and promotional
criteria. Coordinate seamless service activation, communicating
with provisioning teams, sales representatives, and customers.
Assist sales representatives with enrollment procedures, product
eligibility, and account status inquiries. Review sales orders for
completeness, identifying and correcting discrepancies to prevent
delays or customer dissatisfaction. Collect and verify required
customer documentation and signatures, ensuring regulatory and
company compliance. Provide clear and detailed information to
customers about service activation, billing expectations, and
ongoing support. Maintain accurate customer records within the CRM
system, documenting enrollment activities and communications.
Troubleshoot and resolve minor enrollment issues, escalating
complex cases to the appropriate department. Stay updated on
AT&T residential product offerings, promotional eligibility,
and enrollment policy changes to provide accurate guidance.
