Job Description:

Randstad is looking for a professional and experienced Client Services Representative. This is a contract to hire position ranging in pay from $20-$24 (based on experience). This position wil be located in the Delray Beach area. The Client Services Representative is responsible for accurately and compassionately explaining to the client or responsible parties their financial obligations as well as updating them on any changes throughout their care. Responsibilities

• Handles tracking of monthly patient funds
• Review patient accounts for accuracy and completeness and obtain any missing information.
• Functions as a liaison between the client/family and facility to answer any financial/insurance related questions.
• Excellent customer service with the ability to communicate with staff, referents, clients, and families appropriately and effectively in the efforts of collecting outstanding balances.
