Our organization has an inside sales agent department handling the direct inquires from the consumer and cold calling for all of our agents to set appointments for our agents to meet the client face to face. Relieving the pressure of the typical realtor's daily grind of prospecting and allowing our agents to focus on working with transacting clients! Responsibilities:

Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth
Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood
Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales
Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home


Qualifications:

Technology driven
A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred
Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills
Top-notch time management skills and highly organized
Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth
--- Must have a valid Real Estate License
