Job Description:
A company is looking for a Payer Performance Analyst to evaluate
payer performance and analyze reimbursement trends.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop presentations and analytical reports for various teams
Identify functions and barriers affecting ASP and revenue across
payers and products
Analyze large datasets to extract insights and support
decision-making
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Healthcare Administration,
Data Analytics, or a related field
3+ years of experience in payer analytics, revenue cycle
management, or healthcare finance
Strong experience with data analysis and business intelligence
tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI)
Deep understanding of payer reimbursement methodologies and claims
processing
Experience with healthcare regulatory compliance and payer contract
analysis
