Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Contracts Analyst to manage
and enhance government contracting processes.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate complex government contracts and
subcontracts
Oversee the full contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance and
maintaining contract records
Act as the primary point of contact for government agencies and
resolve contract-related issues
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, contract management,
law, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications
preferred
5+ years of experience in government contract and subcontract
management, with expertise in federal compliance (FAR, CFR)
Experience with California state agency contracts is highly
preferred
Strong negotiation and analytical skills with a proven ability to
manage complex agreements
Proficiency in contract management software is a plus
