Job Description:

We are looking for Precast Production Manager to control and streamline the production of diverse precast concrete products. You will be in charge of 10-15 employees covering multiple types of precast products.

Responsibilities:
--- Direct employees to meet production needs for the day
--- Review drawings and assess time and equipment needs for production
--- Ensure quality and safety standards are met
--- Organizing workflow to meet specifications and deadlines

Qualifications:
--- Ability to read plans and shop drawings
--- Precast production experience is required
--- Understanding of rigging and lifting large precast products
--- Directing crews on the accuracy of rebar cages and embed placement
