Position Description:
The Mullings Group Companies is seeking a Production/Post-Production Intern for our Delray Beach, FL location. The individual in this role will work closely with our production and post-production team to support in-studio filming, generate content for clients, and create content for internal branding use. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in a fun and collaborative environment with training provided to advance existing and new skill sets.
Responsibilities:

• Assist the Production team when filming is scheduled in the studio, including but not limited to: prepping for client visits, helping to set up gear and supporting in the control room if anything is needed during a shoot.
• Support Post-Production team, including but not limited to: editing photos after shoots, creating thumbnails for use on YouTube utilizing Adobe Photoshop, using frame.io for content management and organization and quality controlling content ensuring all final content shared to be posted in the public domain, both internal for our team and external for clients, meets our standards
• Utilize Wordpress to update and populate content on current websites, when needed
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
  
  Qualifications:
  
  • The ideal candidate will be currently enrolled in a college or university majoring in Media, Film, Production, Marketing or other relevant discipline
  • Ability to work approximately 20 hours/week during the school year.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud preferred but not required.
  • Experience with platforms such as Frame.io and Canva.
  • Attention to detail is an absolute must.
  • Eager to learn and work as part of a collaborative team.
  • Self-motivated & self-sufficient with proven ability to take initiative and desire to make a tangible impact.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and pivot quickly as needed.
  • Backend WordPress experience preferred, not required.
