Job Description:
A company is looking for a Head of Design to lead their product
design team and ensure design aligns with business strategy and
customer impact goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive business impact through UX improvements that reduce
administrative effort and enhance automation
Coach and mentor the design team while fostering a culture of
business-aware design thinking
Manage the design process from ideation to launch, incorporating
user research and usability testing
Required Qualifications:
7+ years in Product Design, with at least 3 years in a leadership
role
Experience in B2B SaaS, particularly with complex workflow-heavy
products
Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end problem solving with
business impact
Experience designing for enterprise users and automation-driven
workflows
Familiarity with user research, analytics, or design systems is a
plus
