Responsibilities:

--- Work with marketing to collaborate on outbound sales tactics and partnerships with other law firms in order to help bring in new cases
--- Screen incoming potential client phone calls to make sure the case falls within the scope of the firm, while helping the caller feel heard and understood
--- Set appointments for potential clients that meet our criteria to keep our lawyers' schedules organized and grow our caseload
--- Collect paperwork and enter data into our case management system to ensure a smooth onboarding for new clients and tidy management of case files
--- Perform miscellaneous clerical tasks as needed, including transcription, research, spreadsheet management, and email writing to ensure operational efficiency
--- Greet clients and visitors warmly, maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere
--- Answer incoming calls and provide accurate information or direct inquiries as needed
--- Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
--- Conduct client intake interviews, ensuring thorough documentation of client information
--- Assist in managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and emails
--- Collaborate with the team to support client matters and provide administrative assistance

Qualifications:

--- Previous experience with CRM and case management software desired
--- Customer service or sales experience a plus
--- Possesses outstanding communication skills and sense of empathy
--- Previous legal experience highly valued
--- High school diploma or equivalent needed, while a Bachelor's degree is desired
--- Personal Injury/Medical Malpractice intake experience preferred
--- Experience with Lead Docket and/or Filevine is a plus. Will train
--- Bi-lingual English/Spanish verbal and written communication skills a plus
--- Associate or bachelor's degree preferred. Experience in lieu will be considered.
--- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with attention to detail, are a must
--- Tech savvy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and able to learn new software quickly
