Job Description:

Healthcare United is seeking a Board-Certified Primary Care Provider (IM/FM) with at least 3 years of clinical experience. Details below.
Summary:

Monday-Friday 8-5 no weekends
Busy from Day 1, Existing Patient Panel
Develop patient strategies to reduce hospitalization, ER visits
Minimal Call, Phone call only
