Intake Specialist

Are you looking for a part-time position in a thriving and stable organization? We are recruitng for an Intake Specialist for an established personal injury law firm and would love to hear from you! Our ideal candidate should be interested in a part-time position long-term, speak Spanish and have prior call center or customer service experience. The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday 3:00pm-8:00pm. Training will be held for two weeks Monday-Friday 1:00pm-6:00pm.

Responsibilities

+ Field inbound calls from prospective clients

+ Gather and enter caller infromation into the system for processing

+ Utilize active-listening skills

+ Provide friendly and sympathetic customer service

+ Clear communication and phone etiquette

Skills

+ Customer Service (1 year of experience is required)

+ Written Communication

+ Oral Communication

+ Verbal Communication

+ Basic Software Skills

+ Responsiveness

+ Phone Etiquette (1 year of experience is required)
