OVERVIEW As the Digital Marketing & eCommerce Coordinator, you ll be responsible for the management, strategic direction, and growth of several Digital Marketing & eCommerce platforms (across multiple platforms & clients). You ll advise, drive, and coordinate Digital Marketing Strategies for multiple clients, including Email, SMS, Social Media, and Paid Marketing. You ll also coordinate conversion rate optimization, site merchandising, user experience, and site operations to ultimately optimize CX & Sales. To do that, you ll coordinate the day-to-day management of site enhancements, analytics, optimization, and site refreshes. In addition, you ll be responsible for improving key operating metrics such as conversion rate, cart abandonment rate, bounce rate, and average order value (AOV). You ll train under some of today s strongest eCommerce/Digital VPs in the market to learn how to manage multiple clients, scale revenue quickly and profitability, integrate with third-party vendors, balance content with commerce, spin up commerce engines from the ground up, and much more. RESPONSIBILITIES Grow Sales across various eCommerce Platforms Support the team in the execution of strategy development and building operational plans to achieve sales and customer objectives Identity, promote and execute opportunities to improve online user experiences, site load time optimizations, and other recommended solutions to drive key metrics, such as engagement and conversion of visitors. Assist in crafting and executing strategic Email, SMS, Paid Search, and Social marketing plans Create, manage, and execute Digital Marketing Calendars for our clients and company, including drafting post copy, coordinating assets, scheduling posts, and publishing on channels as needed Build & Design Email Wireframes and copy for Batch and Blast and Triggered Email SeriesBuild & Write Copy for SMS CampaignsAnalyze performance of Digital Marketing Channels and spend Manage and prioritize website project updates across the entire eCommerce tech stack, working with our internal development and eCommerce teams. Utilize web analytics, session recording, on-site surveys and other quantitative and qualitative data to research and evaluate trends in key website metrics and onsite behavior patterns. Work closely with multidisciplinary teams from design, dev team and brands to ensure successful development and deployment of AB tests. Maintain code deployment launch calendar, managing end-to-end process of product uploads and collection launches, preparing all product information for bulk upload and executing on launch. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting of all eCommerce issues, communicating as appropriate and working independently to resolve issues. Ensure QA testing of all updates and ongoing monitoring across different browsers and devices. Manage day-to-day relationships with website third party partners agencies, developers, payment processors, email service providers, etc. Provide ongoing reporting of eCommerce analytics. Drive continuous optimizations, including new technologies and operational improvements. Produce the design and production for websites, product graphics, web logos, social media graphics and banners, static and rich banner ads, email campaigns, and email templates. Support the organization in developing and documenting standards Create and edit engaging original content and source user-generated content in a variety of media types, including images, videos, GIFs, etc. Assist manager with monthly reports, helping to develop data-driven reports that include actionable insights and recommendations Help manage and maintain client relationships ensuring timely follow-ups and effective communication Work with senior team to design and develop presentation materials Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing and social media trends and best practices Ensure consistency of brand and creative across digital customer touch points. COMPETENCIES Be the go-to person for best practices, new developments, and industry insights when it comes to ecommerce experience and conversion rate optimization Ability to synthesize, summarize and present data analysis to support decision making and effectively present to all levels in the organization and to clients Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and implement projects Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills (strong mathematical aptitude and quantitative skills) Ability to work professionally with flexibility in handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Active listening skills and ability to synthesize and interpret information and respond appropriately Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage and influence KEY QUALIFICATIONS Happy Proactive and positive Bachelor's Degree in communications, marketing, eCommerce, merchandising or related field 2+ years work experience in eCommerce and/or Digital Marketing roles (ideally as: Coordinator, Analyst, or Manager) Experience with Shopify, BigCommerce, Wordpress Preferred Experience with Google Analytics Experience with ESPs and email marketing Paid digital media experience preferred Proficient with Google Suite Experience with performance marketing in support of eCommerce objectives Detail oriented, strong organizational and project management skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Passion to drive profitability alongside top-line growth using web marketing, analytics and multi-channel leverage Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Java Script development and constraints Strong work ethic Strong time management Effective Interpersonal skills LOCATION & PAY Location: Remote Goal Compensation: $35,000 - $45,000 Schedule: M-F WHO YOU ARE An entrepreneurially, growth-focused, analytical coordinator with eCommerce & Digital Marketing experience.
