Senior Project Engineer/South Florida Regional Leader in Delray
Beach , Florida What We're Looking For
Responsible for leading and growing the HNTB's CEI practice in
South Florida. Responsible through assigned field staff for overall
management direction of major construction projects. Typically
manages a staff of 15-30 employees. Accountability includes timely
and satisfactory completion of construction projects, assuring
satisfactory client service, key field position staffing, project
plans, objectives setting, performance evaluation, and related
Primary Focus Will Include:
Act as resident engineer on major construction projects.
Manage staff to ensure performance and contract requirements are
being performed to a high standard..
Manage other engineers on projects in South Florida.
Work with the Office Leader to develop strategies to grow HNTB's
practice in South Florida.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
Advanced or Intermediate MOT (preferred)

Quality control and basic policies and parameters of CEI
Assists in resolution of construction issues.
Maintains existing client relationships and develops new

Bachelor's degree in Engineering
