Job Description Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented
Ocean Export Coordinator . Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage
full-cycle ocean export shipments from booking to final delivery.
Prepare and review export documentation (commercial invoices,
packing lists, bills of lading, AES filings, certificates of
origin, etc.). Communicate daily with carriers, customers, and
overseas agents to ensure timely movement of cargo. Track and trace
shipments, providing updates and resolving delays or discrepancies.
Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience in ocean export
operations within a freight forwarding company. Knowledge of
Incoterms, AES filing, and export documentation. Experience using
CargoWise or other freight management systems is a plus. Great
