Job Description Job Description Litigation Partner / Senior Litigation Attorney Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search is seeking a highly skilled Litigation Partner / Senior Litigation Attorney to join a growing law firm known for its dynamic practice and collaborative culture. This is an exciting opportunity for an attorney with 6 years of litigation experience who is ready to take on a busy docket and contribute to high-stakes matters. Responsibilities: Handle complex litigation matters from inception through resolution Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and trials as needed Manage cases efficiently while mentoring junior attorneys and support staff Collaborate with partners and colleagues to develop case strategy Build and maintain client relationships; a book of business is preferred but not required Qualifications: J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school Member in good standing of the Florida Bar Minimum of 6 years of litigation experience in civil, commercial, or related matters Strong drafting, negotiation, and oral advocacy skills Proven ability to manage a busy caseload and meet deadlines Professional, collaborative, and client-focused demeanor
