Trusts & Estates Attorney – West Palm Beach, FL LL.M. required | Boutique firm with growth path A well-regarded boutique law firm in West Palm Beach is seeking a trusts and estates attorney with 4 years of experience and an LL.M. in Tax or Estate Planning to join its growing private wealth group. This is an outstanding opportunity to work directly with high- and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners on complex estate and tax planning in a collaborative, high-touch environment. What you’ll do: Advise clients on wealth transfer strategies, succession planning, and tax-efficient structures Draft and implement sophisticated instruments including GRATs, IDGTs, SLATs, and charitable trusts Prepare and review IRS Forms 706 and 709 Coordinate with CPAs, fiduciaries, and financial advisors Counsel clients on family governance, legacy planning, and multi-generational trusts What we’re looking for: J.D. from an accredited law school LL.M. in Taxation or Estate Planning (required) 4 years of trusts and estates experience Strong drafting skills and familiarity with IRS filings Ability to independently manage complex matters with attention to detail What’s offered: Competitive compensation and bonus structure Full benefits including health, 401(k), and PTO Strong mentorship and clear growth path Excellent firm culture and client base in the Palm Beach market To learn more or apply confidentially, email your resume to Kaelan.dea@gogpac.com .
