The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in the legal industry, with a strong background in immigration law. This is a full-time position that offers competitive compensation and benefits packages. Responsibilities: Assist attorneys in preparing and filing various immigration forms. Conduct legal research and analysis on immigration laws, regulations, and policies Draft legal documents, such as affidavits, declarations, and briefs Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and documents for their cases Manage case files and ensure all deadlines are met Translate legal documents and interpret for Spanish-speaking clients Attend USCIS interviews and hearings with clients and attorneys Provide excellent customer service to clients and maintain a positive reputation for the firm Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the legal industry Fluent in Spanish At least 2 years of experience as an immigration paralegal Strong knowledge of immigration laws, regulations, and policies Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish USCIS experience is highly preferred.
