Short Term Disability Job Details Job Details: We are seeking a
dynamic, highly skilled, and passionate Permanent Worker's
Compensation Associate Attorney to join our growing team. The ideal
candidate will be an experienced professional who has a deep
understanding of workers' compensation law and a commitment to

As a Permanent Worker's Compensation Associate Attorney, you will:
1. Represent clients in all stages of workers' compensation claims,
including hearings, trials, and appeals. 2. Conduct and manage
discovery, including taking and defending depositions. 3. Draft,
review, and negotiate settlement agreements. 4. Provide legal
advice to clients regarding their rights and obligations under
workers' compensation law. 5. Develop and maintain relationships
with clients, including regular communication and updates on case
progress. 6. Stay updated on changes in workers' compensation law
and regulations, and educate clients on these changes. 7.
Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and staff to ensure
the highest level of client service and satisfaction. 8.
Participate in business development activities, including
networking events and client meetings. Qualifications: 1. Juris
Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. 2. Minimum of 0-3
years of experience in workers' compensation law. 3. Active member
in good standing with the state bar. 4. Bilingual proficiency, with
the ability to effectively communicate with clients in multiple
languages. 5. Excellent oral and written communication skills, with
the ability to explain complex legal concepts in a clear and
understandable manner. 6. Strong negotiation skills, with a proven
track record of achieving favorable settlements for clients. 7.
High degree of professional ethics and integrity. 8. Excellent
organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases
and deadlines simultaneously. 9. Strong research and analytical
skills, with the ability to identify and address legal issues in
workers' compensation cases. 10. Proficiency in legal research
