We are looking for a highly accomplished Estate Planning/Probate Attorney to join our team in Boca Raton, Florida. The ideal candidate should possess outstanding legal and organizational skills, a comprehensive understanding of probate handling procedures, and the ability to deal with a taxing workload. Your main duty will be to craft and implement estate plans, give advice to customers, and ensure suitable probate administration. We are seeking a talented Legal professional with expertise in estate planning and probate handling to join our team in Boca Raton, Florida. The perfect applicant must be capable of juggling a high-volume caseload, as well as having complete cognizance of the legal and administrative processes related to probate management. Your main responsibility will be to construct and oversee estate plans, give counsel to clients, and ensure the precise execution of probate management measures.

Responsibilities:
--- Prepare and administer estate plans in compliance with relevant laws
--- Provide comprehensive legal advice to clients on probate administration matters
--- Ensure the proper execution of all probate administration procedures
--- Facilitate productive meetings with clients to assess their estate planning needs
--- Build effective strategies to meet the estate planning requirements of clients
--- Assign tasks to paralegals and legal assistants and provide close supervision
--- Conclude client conversations with the utmost professionalism
--- Maintain a high standard of integrity, character, intelligence, and professionalism in the office

Qualifications:
--- Must be a member of the Florida Bar with an active license in good standing
--- Possess a minimum of five years of experience in Estate Planning and Probate Law
--- Demonstrate the capability to work autonomously and professionally with delicate clients in challenging times
--- Exhibit a strong work ethic and a proactive approach
