Attorney - Estate Planning Attorney--/ Probate administration--



--- Do you have a passion for assisting people with the generational transfer of family wealth?
--- Do you have experience helping families set up their Estate Planning?
--- Do you have experience assisting families with protecting their assets from the costs of long-term care?
--- Do you have experience planning for Estates of all sizes?

We are looking for an Attorney with an A-plus attitude who is passionate, outgoing, motivated, goal-oriented, organized, and client-focused.
The Attorney candidate must have great communication skills.
Compensation: DOE with great benefits including health insurance, 401(k), life insurance, and disability insurance.

Responsibilities:
--- Conducting initial consultations and devising strategies
--- Delegating work to paralegals and legal assistants and monitoring their work
--- Handling the Firm's estate planning matters
--- Leading and participating in final meetings with clients
--- The successful candidate is someone who has character, intelligence, and integrity and who contributes positively to the office environment

Qualifications:
--- Is an active member of the Florida Bar
--- Has 5 + of experience in Estate Planning and Probate administration
--- Is capable of handling matters independently
--- Shows compassion when dealing with clients and puts them at ease during their difficult time
--- Is a go-getter with a strong work ethic
