This role is ideal for those passionate about cooking and eager to expand their culinary skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Prepare and cook food items according to standardized recipes. Ensure cleanliness and proper sanitation of kitchen and equipment. Assist in the planning and development of menus, ensuring a diverse and appealing selection. Stock and manage assigned stations, and ensure that all food supplies are rotationally correct. Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a safe and enjoyable atmosphere. Constantly apply best practices for food handling and safety. Proficiency in various cooking techniques and kitchen equipment. Strong understanding of health and safety rules in the kitchen. Ability to work efficiently under pressure. Excellent time-management and organizational skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k ServSafe Food Handler certification is preferred. Professional culinary training or certification is a plus.
