unrestricted Florida APRN/CRNA license (or eligibility for
licensure) NBCRNA certification (or eligibility) 1-3 years of
critical care experience preferred (ICU, step-down, or other
high-acuity settings) Strong clinical skills in advanced airway
management, central and arterial lines, ventilator management, etc.
Flexibility to work varied shifts and participate in call, nights,
or weekends as needed Excellent teamwork and communication skills
to collaborate effectively with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and
