Utilizing the nursing process, you will deliver patient care under
the guidance of licensed professionals authorized by a State
regulatory board to prescribe treatments and medications, or under
the supervision of a Registered Professional Nurse (RN). You will
maintain accountability for the care provided to your assigned
patients, coordinating efforts with various departments while
upholding patient rights and ensuring confidentiality. Your
responsibilities will align with our mission, values, and service
standards. Position Overview: Licensure: You should be a graduate
of an accredited practical nursing program. Equivalent educational
experience and successful licensure may also be considered. It is
your responsibility to secure and maintain a current LPN license in
the state where you will perform nursing duties, adhering to all
requirements set by the State Board of Nursing. Physical
Requirements: The role involves standing and walking for the
majority of your shift, along with significant bending, stooping,
and the ability to lift and turn patients with assistance. You
should be capable of pushing, pulling, and gripping weights up to
50 pounds. Experience: We welcome both new and seasoned LPNs.
Certifications: - Basic Life Support certification from the
American Heart Association or completion of the course within 30
days of hire. - LPN-IV Certification must be completed prior to or
within 3 months of hire (with a range from upon hire to within 1
year). Note: Depending on the specific position or unit, one or
more of the following certifications may be required, or you may
need to acquire them within the designated timeframe: - ACLS
(Advanced Cardiac Life Support) - PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life
Support) - PEARS (Pediatric Assessment Recognition and
Stabilization) - S.T.A.B.L.E. (Sugar, Temperature, Airway, Blood
Pressure, Lab Work, And Emotional Support) Six Assessment & Care
Modules - Additional unit-specific certifications as necessary. Why
