Job Description:
MSPB Health is seeking a dedicated and experienced Practice
Manager to join our team. This pivotal role is designed for a
dynamic leader who will oversee the operations and administration
of our medical facilities. The Practice Manager will ensure our
practices operate efficiently while delivering the highest quality
of patient care. This position requires a blend of strategic
leadership, operational acumen, and a deep commitment to enhancing
patient outcomes. Successful candidates will demonstrate proven
experience in healthcare management and the ability to drive
business success while adhering to regulatory healthcare standards.
Manage day-to-day operations of the healthcare facility including
staffing, budgeting, and administration. Ensure compliance with
healthcare regulations and standards for patient care and facility
operations. Develop and implement policies and procedures that
improve operational efficiency and patient satisfaction. Monitor
financial performance, including budget management and cost control
measures. Liaise with medical staff and external partners to ensure
that high-quality healthcare services are delivered seamlessly.
Analyze and report on operational practices and suggest
improvements based on patient needs and facility capabilities.
Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication
and interpersonal skills Proficiency in healthcare management
software Knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation
Financial acumen with budget management experience Ability to
handle multiple tasks and operate under pressure Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified
Medical Manager (CMM) or similar certification is preferred.
Relevant state-specific healthcare administration licenses.
