Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Scrub
Technician located in Miami, FL. The Scrub Technician will assist
in surgical procedures, maintain a sterile environment, and ensure
all necessary tools and equipment are prepared and functioning
correctly. Responsibilities include supporting the surgical team by
passing instruments, supplies, and completing set-up and clean-up
for procedures. The role also involves maintaining patient safety
protocols, following infection control standards, and ensuring
consistent organization of surgical supplies. Qualifications
Proficiency in surgical preparation, maintaining a sterile
environment, and assisting with surgical procedures Knowledge of
infection control practices, sterilization techniques, and proper
handling of surgical instruments Strong attention to detail,
ability to follow surgical protocols, and multitasking in a
fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills for effective
collaboration with surgical teams and patient interactions
Successful completion of an accredited surgical technologist
program preferred Certification as a Surgical Technologist is
highly desirable Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Scrub
Technician, ideally in a plastic surgery or aesthetic practice
