Summary Join our dedicated and friendly primary care practice as a Medical Referral Coordinator . In this role, you’ll assist in coordinating and tracking patient referrals, prior authorizations, and appointment scheduling while delivering outstanding service to both patients and staff. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced healthcare setting. Responsibilities Assist in preparing and processing referral documentation under supervision. Gather necessary information from physicians and nursing staff for referrals. Schedule patient appointments and follow up with external healthcare providers. Maintain accurate referral records and documentation. Respond to basic patient inquiries about referral processes. Requirement High school diploma or GED. Strong communication and customer service skills. Basic computer skills and familiarity with office equipment. Ability to learn and operate a multi-line phone system.
