Position Title: Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner Posted: Posted 30+ Days Ago Location 1: MSPB Health AlbaneseLocation 3: Delray Beach, Florida 33446 Time Type: Full time Description:Located In:Delray Beach, Florida 33446The Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) acts as part of the clinical team. The responsibilities may include: history review, health education, physical exam and diagnosis.--- Performs physical examinations and preventive health measures within prescribed guidelines and instructions of physician to patients.--- Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to identify and assess patient's clinical problems and health care needs. Orders additional laboratory investigations when indicated and ensures appropriate follow-up.--- Records physical findings, and formulates plan and prognosis, based on patient's condition.--- Provides prescriptions and administers medications.--- Discusses case with physician and other health professionals to prepare comprehensive patient care plan.--- Collaborates, consults, and coordinates with other health care organizations and refers patients appropriately to resources for additional care as needed.--- Using clinical judgment to initiate emergency treatments per office protocol while consulting with appropriate physician in person or telephonically.--- Participates in all mandatory compliance and other training programs, seeks guidance for compliance-related concerns and adheres to all applicable laws, regulations and MSBP policies and procedures.--- Compliant with OSHA, CLIA, State Board of Nursing and Federal DEA Board of regulations.--- Submits health care plan and goals of individual patients for periodic review and evaluation by physician.--- The physician will be accessible to the ARNP either in person or telephonically for consultation and general supervision of acute, chronic, or life threatening conditions.--- Performs other duties as assigned.Here are just a few things we offer:Access to health, dental, and vision insuranceHealth Savings AccountEligible for PTO and Holiday payCompany paid life insurance.Access to voluntary short and long-term disability insuranceAccess to additional life insuranceAccess to Accident and Critical Illness Insurance401K with automatic employer contributionMedical Specialists of the Palm Beaches, Inc.
