Job Description:
Summary The RN / Registered Nurse Wound Care Outpatient provides
high quality, safe, cost effective, total nursing care to all
patients. The RN / Registered Nurse assumes responsibility for
overall coordination and integration of patient care based on the
nursing process. The RN / Registered Nurse directs care according
to established standards of safety, risk management, PI, Infection
Control, with the goal being to discharge the patient with an
optimum level of care provided.
Qualifications
Education Required: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
Preferred: BSN, Wound Care Nurse Certification
Experience Preferred: Prior clinical experience in area of
expertise
Certifications Required: Must be currently RN / Registered Nurse
licensed, certified or registered to practice profession as
required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy. BLS
