The Massage Therapist/Esthetician is responsible for performing professional treatments to guests and members. He/she will remain current with industry standards and trends. The Massage Therapist/Esthetician also provides luxury quality attention and service to guests and members.

Position Requirements

• Professional demeanor appropriate for a luxury environment.
• Graduate from an accredited school with a current Florida license.
• 2 years practical experience
• Must perform a practical service during interview process
  
  Responsibilities
  
  • Perform all 60, 90 and 120-minute treatments, as certified/trained to do so.
  • Ensure individualized guest service through acknowledging and responding to needs and expectation.
  • Review of information in SpaSoft, including guest notes prior to each treatment.
  • Review of completed medical history/waiver.
  • Maintain clean and neat work environment at all times, ensuring equipment for treatments and personal equipment is in safe working order.
  • Maintain an ample supply of towels, sheets, and other necessary supplies in a neat and orderly fashion within the treatment room
  • Interact and answer all facility-related questions for members and guests in a courteous manner.
  • Promote spa services and products to members and guests.
  • Maintain current professional Florida State licenses.
  • Remain well versed in all aspects of the Spa operation. Be knowledgeable of telephone etiquette, guest relations, Spa services and Retail sales.
  • Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures as well as safety practices.
  • Attend departmental communication meeting as scheduled.
  • Participate in training for all pertinent facility operations.
  • Perform any other reasonable duties as required by management.
    
    Education
    
    • Massage Therapist/Esthetician Florida License.
      
      Skills and Abilities
      
      • Ability to communicate in the English language.
      • Ability to work flexible schedules including holidays and weekends and able to perform multiple tasks.
        
        Physical Requirements
        
        • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, must be physically fit in order to lift, pull and push items up to 50 pounds.
        • Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and sit for extended periods.
