Job Description Dr. Shillingford and his staff offer the latest surgical procedures to patients looking to improve their lives and their health. She offers a comprehensive range of weight loss services including consultative services, surgical treatment options, and body contouring services. The goal is to personalize treatment plans to match the needs of each patient. As we continue to expand the medical aesthetic division of our practice, we are looking for a team member who is passionate about our customer success and building a future with Dr. Shillingford Med Spa. Duties and Responsibilities: Educates patients about products and services via telephone and web leads Build relationships with patients over the telephone and through web communications Schedule and confirm consultation and treatment appointments Identifies opportunities within the patient population Clearly conveys information and ideas through a variety of media to individuals or groups in a manner that engages the audience and helps them understand and retain the message Works with fellow staff members and the marketing development team to attract new patients, and sales leads Completes aesthetic consultations, including medical history, taking before and after pictures, and keeping full documentation on all patients Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by establishing and following standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, maintaining supplies, performing preventive maintenance, and calling for repairs Enhances practice reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
