ChatBot is an AI chatbot platform that helps businesses automate customer service, marketing, and sales processes with AI-driven conversations.Responsibilities:

• Company-wide tool administration
• Vendor and contract management
• Physical office management (in PL and soon in the US), along with office contract management.
• Company process automation and company-wide AI work tools.
• Business continuity plan implementation.
• Create and develop marketing automation campaigns for every stage of the user lifecycle, with a focus on user onboarding and retention.
• Define campaign scenarios, create workflows, and design customer touchpoints.
• Develop marketing automation strategies that integrate various communication channels (e.g., email, social media, SMS, etc.).
• Craft highly personalized campaigns.
• Optimize and experiment with existing workflows to achieve the best performance.Experience Requirements:2-3 years of experience as a BDR, SDR, or in a similar outbound sales role within a tech company.ChatBot offers an unlimited paid days off and sick days policy.
