• Employee recognition and reward programsWhat will you be doing:The Sr. Director of Strategic Business Systems is a key leadership role within our IT organization, serving as a senior expert on the company's core business systems, including MedTrac, Brightree, Kinnser, and HealthEdge HealthRules Payer core claims platform. This role involves developing deep functional and technical expertise, providing strategic insights, and making recommendations regarding our business systems landscape. Working closely with the CIO, Sr. VP of Technology and IT Operations, and business leaders, the Sr. Director will help define technology components of our business strategy. This role acts as a true business partner, understanding operational needs and educating stakeholders on how technology-including automation and GenAI-can enhance efficiency and reduce costs.The Sr. Director will collaborate with the Strategic Initiatives team (PMO), providing critical system knowledge to support project execution and inform the portfolio roadmap. Strong communication skills are essential to effectively articulate complex system concepts and provide practical recommendations. The ideal candidate will leverage extensive healthcare systems, process, and industry knowledge to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement, embodying our core values of service with compassion, accountability, integrity, collaboration, and innovation.What will you need to succeed:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience managing business systems, preferably in healthcare or managed care.
  • Experience leading strategic technology initiatives and collaborating with operational stakeholders to improve processes.
  • Proven expertise with healthcare business systems, including claims platforms, home health solutions, or utilization management systems.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess complex requirements and translate them into effective technology solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience evaluating and recommending new technologies to improve efficiency and operations.
