Key Responsibilities
Partner with Growth to demonstrate the value of CDI solutions
during client interactions
Hire, train, and manage a team of subject matter experts in
Hospital RCM operations
Contribute to industry knowledge through speaking engagements, blog
posts, and webinars
Required Qualifications
Medical Doctor (MD) with clinical expertise
5+ years of experience in clinical documentation improvement
leadership or related fields
Familiarity with ICD-10, HCC coding, and Medicare guidelines
Ability to communicate complex clinical concepts effectively
Interest in the application of AI in clinical documentation
improvement and revenue cycle management
