Job SummaryLinton-Delray Beach Surgery Center, a leading provider of ambulatory surgical services, is seeking a seasoned Clinical Director to drive clinical excellence and growth. As a key member of our management team, you will oversee the development and implementation of clinical strategies, ensuring the highest quality patient care and outcomes.Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute clinical department plans, aligning with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and mentor a team of clinical professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with physicians, employees, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless patient care and operational efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze clinical performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes, applying knowledge to drive clinical innovation and excellence.Requirements
  • Graduate of a professional school of Nursing with a BSN or higher degree.
  • Current license as a FL Registered Nurse and current certification in BLS and Advanced Cardiac Life Support.
  • At least five years of operating room/critical care experience and at least two years of supervisory experience in the outpatient surgery area.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
