Up to $10,000 Sign-On bonus based on experience Summary The Assistant Registered Nurse / RN Manager directs and supervises nursing care functions and activities in specialty areas for the purpose of ensuring the competent delivery of quality patient care. Assistant Registered Nurse / RN Manager implements, educates and ensures compliance with policies, procedures, standards and regulations for personnel, patients, medical staff, and the public. The Assistant Registered Nurse / RN Manager 's primary role is ensure safe, high quality, cost effective patient care is being delivered by the RN / Registered Nurse and patient care support personnel they are responsible to supervise. However, Assistant Registered Nurse / RN Manager may take patient assignments whenever business or operational needs dictate, in order to deliver high quality patient care. Qualifications Education Required: Academic degree in nursing
Preferred: Bachelors or Masters degree Experience Required: Minimum two years as a staff nurse, previous charge nurse experience preferred. Certifications

• Registered Nurse / RN - licensed in the State of Florida.
• American Heart Association BLS Certification
• ACLS (AHA) and EKG Certified #LI-JJ1 Tenet complies with federal, state, and/or local laws regarding mandatory vaccination of its workforce.
