apply now In this role you'll get to: Build strong relationships
with our customers to understand their needs, workflow and ensure
their success at all times Provide our customers with accurate and
quick responses to all of their inquiries through Zendesk, email
and phone Troubleshoot issues and problem solve software questions
and bugs Work with our customers to ensure they utilise the
software in the best way possible, realising full potential
Strategically upsell and cross-sell while always adding value
Represent the voice of the customer and influence product
development roadmap Take ownership of new assigned accounts and
manage their onboarding and training Write customer support
articles and suggest improvements to processes Ensure retention and
satisfaction of all assigned clients Manage assigned tasks within
customer success software We are looking for people who have: 2
years of B2B SaaS Customer Success or Account Manager, responsible
for a high volume of accounts You are a proven self-starter, hard
working and show strong initiative You---re a bug hunter and
problem solver You have a positive attitude, empathy, and high
energy Superb written and verbal communication skills Ability to
take initiative and adapt Detail-oriented Multi-language skills is
a bonus You feel at home in a high-growth environment where we
don't know all the answers but are willing to learn and improve
what we do with plenty of opportunities to expand your skills.
