Our firm is experiencing tremendous growth and is seeking a Director of Special Projects to provide high-level project coordination to ensure growth and expansion of the business and to work alongside leadership to drive company initiatives.The opportunity for growth and development are immense in this role.The is a full-time position, and given this is such a critical/strategic role within the organization, you will need to be in the office 5 days a week at our headquarters in Delray Beach, FL.Responsibilities:
--- Develop detailed plans to align projects with company mission and business goals
--- Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve milestones
--- Communicate project status effectively to key stakeholders to manage expectations
--- Ensure schedule, budget and details of project are well organized and consistent
--- Coordinate meetings to ensure project efforts are cohesive and effective
--- Other duties as assignedQualifications:
--- Bachelor's Degree
--- PMP certification is preferred
--- Relevant experience driving strategic projects for an organization
--- Detail-oriented and ability to meet deadlines
--- Comfortable being both an individual contributor and collaborative team player
--- Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
