Job Description:

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sales Management:

Responsible for coaching team to meet monthly New Business, Recurring & Retail sales budgets

  • Works with New Business Consultant to maintain budgeted hair sales mix
  • Works with Client Relationship Manager to achieve budgeted client retention and ensure PCP growth
  • Ensures compliance with all Hair Club Business Rules and Hair Club Sales Professional Standards
  • Reviews necessary reports and offers feedback/coaching to Consultants, Stylists and Center Administrators
  • Facilitates weekly Red Folder Meeting with NB1 Team & manages the 90-day Protocol

    Customer Management:

    Responsible for delivering the Ultimate Client Experience (UCE) to all prospective clients, current members, visiting members and other patrons
    • Makes daily contact with as many clients as possible to evaluate satisfaction levels
    • Resolves client issues in an expedient and fair manner while preserving the UCE
    • Supervises scheduling to minimize wait times, provides appropriate service time and delivers expected service at each appointment
    • Processes refunds/cancellations/removals within 24 hours and records applicable details
    • Protects and secures all client files and financial information

      Personnel Management:

      Responsible for the success of each employee and for creating a safe and positive work environment
      • Leads team members to meet respective job expectations for productivity, quality, and goal accomplishment
      • Facilitates the daily Morning Meeting, TCT meetings, and all other staff meetings as required
      • Maintains adequate staffing level and proactively builds a talent pool, recruits from outside the company, and hires quality candidates
      • Engages in Performance Management, utilizes the Corrective Action process, executes the Annual Review process and documents all sessions in Review Snap
      • Processes payroll per company regulations and minimizes overtime

        Financial Management:

        Responsible for managing the P&L and delivering the budgeted Contribution Margin
        • Accountable for exceeding all sales revenue budgets and for minimizing expenses
        • Analyzes financial performance, identifies deficiencies, and in collaboration with team members, creates plans of action to reverse negative trends
        • Processes Monthly Fees on time and accurately manages all Client EFT Profiles
        • Manages the Accounts Receivable to company standard
        • Complies with Accounting rules by monitoring cash management, auditing daily paperwork and the weekly packet, and promoting accurate data entry and transaction processing

          Salon Management:

          Responsible for achieving operational excellence
          • Ensures that the salon operates according to governing Cosmetology standards, that the Cosmetologists adhere to such standards and that all licenses are current and posted
          • Monitors salon cleanliness and addresses maintenance issues swiftly so as to maintain a safe and visually pleasing facility
          • Completes all inventory functions accurately and in a timely manner
          • Processes all hair orders according to Hair Club guidelines
          • Presents a business professional image at all times and ensures the same for the entire staff
          • Enforces all labor laws, safety standards, and OSHA regulations

            Self Management:

            Responsible for fulfilling the standard for personal conduct and engaging in self development
            • Models the behaviors as set forth in the Hair Club Code of Ethics beyond reproach
            • Seeks to become an expert in Hair Club operations by utilizing all available resources
            • Embraces, implements and supports Hair Club initiatives
            • Works collaboratively with the Regional Team to achieve operational, technical and sales success
            • Develops and follows SMART plans to achieve goals and analyzes both successes and failures with Area Manager

              Performs other reasonable duties as required.



              SKILLS:
              • University degree with a major in business preferred or equivalent working experience
              • At least 2 years of sales and management experience
