\n\n Who you are \n\n \n\nAs a Digital Marketing Project Manager with Protis Global, this position will be responsible for the marketing strategy as well as the execution across the organization. They will be responsible for Marketing inclusive of the leadership of team members and assets in order to execute. The Digital Marketing Project Manager is required to stay up to date on technology and continue their development within Marketing. This leader will drive overall efficiency through leadership of marketing strategy and execution via corporate planning that cascades to the business as a whole.\n\n \n\n \n \n\n \n\n Profile: \n\n College degree Excellent written and verbal communication Project Management within Marketing Marketing Strategy with specialization in Digital Marketing Experience Ability to multi-task and prioritize Ability to work in a team environment Positive Energy and enthusiasm Leadership & Team Mentality Be of service mentality Competitive background in extracurricular activities is preferred and that Competitive background nature, that brings the ability to handle pressure with a focus on achieving goals \n\n \n \n\n \n\n Position Offers: \n\n Base Salary + Quarterly Bonus opportunity Health Benefits, 401K + Safe Harbor PTO, Holiday, and Incentive Time off \n\n \n\n \n\n Measures \n\n Create a Metric Driven Marketing Strategy Build and Execute the overall Brand & Marketing Strategy Special focus on an Inbound Strategy: Drive prospective candidates and clients to Protis Global, through digital initiatives --- with a focus on EARNED media vs Paid Online presence and engagement across all platforms --- including social (real engagement with measurable gain in following) Business Development Planning Creation of Sales Decks, Client Presentations and attending networking events Review data to identify areas of opportunity for new business, for example: previous placements and past clients Create inbound business connectivity both with potential clients and candidates and even current clients and candidates. Show ROI based on execution \n\n \n \n\n \n\n Marketing Strategy & Execution \n\n Experience developing high level marketing and brand strategy in line with the strategic vision of the organization A visionary with a deep understanding of traditional and innovative marketing strategies and the ability to execute A leader who understands the importance of aligning the organization internally around the brand and marketing objectives Ownership of the brands in all marketing applications including strategy, brand identity, pricing. Advertising, communication and performance management Develop visibility plans and outreach for key executives as needed across both traditional media outreach and social platforms Strong experience managing digital/social media strategies to drive brand engagement and build brand loyalty Build employee engagement via social networks across Protis Global Website management and development --- including but not limited to accuracy of job board Delivery of brand scorecards measuring brand success and identifying brand challenges and opportunities Analysis of data obtained and gathered internally through work in the marketplace --- Social Media Analytics, Google Analytics \n\n \n\n \n\n Marketing Management \n\n Strong business analytical skills --- ability to measure performance within the brand platforms Proven experience working with data, especially budgets and performance analytics The minimum expectation is TRUE engagement so that Protis Global is seen in the marketplace as nothing less than the benchmark in our industry. Research and Marketing via Industry trade news Analysis of industry data to understand trends \n\n \n \n\n \n\n Project & Asset Management \n\n Strong Project Management Mindset. Ask for specific Projects and their role. Looking for an application of PM where the end objective had a creative slant Have the ability to understand the situations the Sales team is experiencing, prescribe an omni-channel campaign approach, a communicate the specific results. Resource management experience. This person has a fairly clear objective and needs to understand how to turn resources (agencies, internal team, etc) on and off. \n\n \n \n\n \n\n Varied Media Experience \n\n Think about Protis Global---s future state. We aren---t marketing, we are creating a media company with Talent Access. The more channels (Podcasting, LinkedIn, IG, etc) this person has familiarity in, the more comfortable they will feel introducing and growing that channel or steering away. \n\n \n\n \n\n Interfacing with Sales/BD Team \n\n Strong focus on digging into to Business Development process. This person should be just as computable as BD---s communicating the value props of Search, Contract, and Data. The familiarity will be used to discern whether or not content and media is brand positioning compliant. Also, need to have a revenue focus.
