Job Description:

SCOPE AND ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBLITIES:--- Clearly define project deliverables, accountabilities and timelines. Gain project approval based on alignment to growth strategy and assessed impact on HairClub Network KPIs.--- Identifies resources needed to execute project(s). Identifies existing resource gaps for management team to address.--- Maintains trusted and reliable cross-functional relationships with business leaders, understanding their department deliverables and how they affect project prioritization.--- Manages project portfolio and assesses project prioritization based on impact on growth strategy and KPI impact. Provides up- to-date communication on status of priority projects, identify risks and blockers to successful project completion.
