Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in
Hollywood, FL, serving PreK-12 students across multiple needs. This
is an on-site, contract position within a school setting, ideal for
professionals seeking hands-on experience working with diverse
pediatric populations. Candidates must have active Florida
Department of Health (FL DOH) certifications and hold a full
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) to be considered. The role
offers flexibility with itinerant options for those who prefer
traveling between multiple school sites or the opportunity to focus
on a single school location. Key Responsibilities: Provide
comprehensive speech-language evaluations and therapeutic
interventions for students in PreK-12. Develop individualized
education plans (IEPs) tailored to the specific needs of each
child. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary
teams to support communication development. Maintain accurate
documentation and progress reports in accordance with FL DOH
guidelines and school policies. Participate in professional
development and team meetings as scheduled. Preferred
Qualifications: Full CCC credentials with a valid FL DOH
certification. Experience working with pediatric populations in
school environments. Ability to manage caseloads across various
grade levels and needs. Strong interpersonal and communication
skills to engage effectively with students, families, and staff.
