We are a professional painting company dedicated to providing commercial and residential painting services with integrity and craftsmanship to the South Florida market with a highly dedicated, inspired, and caring team. Job Title: Crew Leader Location: South Florida Employment Type: Full-Time Salary Range: $22 - $30 per hour Responsibilities: Lead a crew of painters in executing painting projects according to specifications and quality standards. Assign tasks to team members, provide clear instructions, and ensure efficient workflow. Coordinate and oversee the preparation of surfaces, including cleaning, sanding, and repairing as needed Monitor and inspect work progress to ensure adherence to project timelines and quality requirements. Train and mentor team members, providing guidance on best practices and techniques. Maintain a safe working environment and enforce safety protocols and practices. Communicate and collaborate with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders as needed. Requirements: Proven experience as a Painting Crew Leader or in a similar leadership role. Extensive knowledge of painting techniques, surface preparation, and application methods. Proficiency in using and maintaining painting equipment and tools. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration. Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and precision. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Preferred Qualifications: Certification or training in painting or related field. Experience working with both residential and commercial painting projects. Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the painting industry. OSHA Safety Certifications Key Skills and Abilities: Strong leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in various painting techniques and application methods. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
