$28.00-$38.00 an hour, based on experience and credentials

Time, and Personal Time. About the Role: We are seeking a skilled
and dependable HVAC Lead Installer to oversee and execute
high-quality installation of residential and light commercial HVAC
systems. This role requires leadership, strong technical expertise,
and a commitment to customer satisfaction. You will lead a small
crew, ensure work meets or exceeds code, and train junior
installers. Key Responsibilities: Lead installation of heating,
ventilation, and air conditioning systems Supervise and mentor
apprentices and junior installers Read and interpret blueprints and
technical drawings Ensure installations comply with all local codes
and safety standards Coordinate with project managers and customers
on-site Maintain accurate records and complete paperwork promptly
Deliver an excellent customer experience on every job What We're
Looking For: Minimum 3 years of HVAC installation experience, with
leadership responsibilities EPA Universal certification (required);
N.A.T.E. certification (preferred) Strong mechanical aptitude and
problem-solving skills Ability to train and motivate team members
Professional communication and customer service skills Valid
