This role is crucial for overseeing field operations within civil and construction engineering projects. The Field Crew Chief will manage site activities, ensuring alignment with Exactals high standards of accuracy and productivity provided by our cutting-edge cost estimation and project management tools. The successful candidate will demonstrate a solid understanding of engineering principles, superior leadership skills, and a profound commitment to precision and efficiency in project execution. Oversee and manage daily operations of field survey crews, including scheduling, planning, and execution of site activities. Ensure all project specifications and quality standards are met meticulously and efficiently. Provide leadership, training, and support to all team members, ensuring safe work practices. Coordinate effectively with other project stakeholders to ensure smooth project progression. Utilize Exactal software tools for precise project planning and documentation, contributing to project deliverables. Monitor and report on the progress of construction projects to senior management, ensuring any potential issues are addressed promptly. Strong leadership and team management skills Proficient in using construction management software Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Advanced knowledge of civil engineering and construction principles Ability to resolve conflicts and provide solutions Keen attention to detail and high level of accuracy Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or equivalent is an advantage
