Job Description Job Description Top Job Located in Delray Beach, FL We are seeking a dependable and skilled Sealcoating, Paving & Asphalt Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for performing asphalt maintenance, seal coating, paving, crack repair, and surface preparation for residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, a safety-first mindset, and the ability to work in outdoor environments. Key Responsibilities: Apply seal coat materials to asphalt surfaces using squeegees, sprayers, or hand tools Assist with asphalt paving, patching, resurfacing, and pothole repairs Conduct site prep, including cleaning, edging, and removing debris Operate small to mid-size equipment such as blowers, mixers, rollers, and marking tools Perform crack filling, line striping, and finishing work as needed Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures Maintain equipment and vehicles in clean, working condition Provide excellent customer service on job sites Complete daily work logs and communicate project updates to supervisors Qualifications: Previous experience in seal coating, paving, or general construction preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork Valid driver's license preferred Willingness to learn and follow safety protocols Schedule & Pay: Full-time positions available with a start time of 6 or 7 AM Weekend availability necessary to complete projects due to weather Competitive pay based on experience Overtime opportunities may be available 3264LI Express Office: Boca Raton-Delray Beach 15127 Jog Road Suite 212 Delray Beach, FL 33446
