All applicants must pass pre-employment testing to qualify for employment.Pre-Employment testing includes a successful background check and drug testing.Position Title: Creative Coordinator Position Description: The Creative Coordinator is an in-house, full-time position in the marketing department of an iconic faced- paced automotive company in South Florida. The Creative Coordinator will work alongside the Director of Marketing and the Brand Graphics Designer to create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media across various departments and brands of the organization. This person will work to define project requirements, visualize and create graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts and photos for use on website, eblasts, social media, apparel designs, proposals, print designs, event collateral, internal and external marketing and more. This role will also utilize creative design and working knowledge of email campaign implementation and direct mail projects to execute campaigns that will increase customer engagement. ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with Marketing Director and Brand Graphics Designer to design graphics for projects including branding, website banners, social images, eblasts with CTA hyperlinks, direct mail, invitations, magazines and other print publications and proposal projects
  • End-to-end email campaign production and execution through creative design, successful HTML coding, editing, and deployment.
  • Create direct mail address lists from CRM for print mailing production and coordinate campaign execution with Marketing Coordinator
  • Prepare reports for projects and campaigns as requested
  • Follow manufacturer and company brand compliance guidelines
  • Produce high quality artwork within agreed deadline using various software applications.
  • Perform reviews of artwork to ensure technical accuracy of the layouts.
  • Manage creative request workflow by prioritizing projects and submit creative deliverables within the agreed upon deadline
  • Collaborate with Marketing and other internal teams to complete projects.
  • Keep up to date on the latest design trends
  • Maintain and manage digital files and artwork
  • Prepare POs for outsourced projects
  • Attend meetings in Department or across campuses as requested

      • design experience in fast-paced agency or marketing department

        • Adobe Creative Suite
        • Adobe Illustrator
        • Design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
        • Ability to adapt to changing technologies is essential
        • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required, and experience with non-profit CRM solutions such as Blackbaud CRM or Raiser's Edge preferred. Competencies, Skills, and Attributes:
          • Comfortable and capable serving in a support role for marketing team and being assigned projects based on needed capacity
          • Ability to work independently
          • Effective in working collaboratively across the team and with other departments
          • Accustomed to handling numerous high-priority projects simultaneously
          • Excellent writing and strong proofreading skills
          • Excellent organizational skills
          • Attention to detail
          • Good interpersonal skills required to effectively develop and maintain strong working relationships across the department
          • Capable of representing company and coordinating projects with external partners
