and patient-centered setting. Role Description This is a part-time,
on-site role for a Medical Receptionist located in Surfside, FL.
The Medical Receptionist will manage appointment scheduling, answer
phones with excellent etiquette, perform general receptionist
duties, and provide administrative support in the medical office.
Day-to-day responsibilities will also include assisting with
patient check-ins, maintaining records, and coordinating front desk
operations to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for
patients. Qualifications Strong skills in Appointment Scheduling
and managing front desk calendars Proficiency in Phone Etiquette
and effective communication skills Experience with general
Receptionist Duties, including welcoming and assisting patients
Knowledge of Medical Terminology and familiarity with healthcare
processes Background in working within a Medical Office setting or
similar environments Excellent organizational skills and attention
to detail Ability to maintain professionalism and discretion in a
fast-paced setting Proficiency with office and scheduling software
is a plus Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are a strong
advantage Work experience in healthcare
