• Support executives on administrative tasks
• Contribute to the recruiting and onboarding of dozens of new hires a month
• Help launch new business initiatives
• Compile and distribute daily/weekly reports
• Respond to customer needs with urgency and attentiveness
• Retrieve records on request and forwarding these to relevant parties.
• Scanning/printing/filing, when necessary
• Help manage the Notarization process for appointments across the countryQualifications:
  • Great with people, friendly, and optimistic.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Understands and how to use Microsoft Office to create necessary documents
