Job Description:
The Lending Group Company is a multi-state licensed mortgage
lender and is looking for a Smart and Enthusiastic new staff member
to add to it's Boca Raton, FL office location, who is willing to
learn and grow from one of the industry's local leaders!
The Executive Assistants duties would include assisting in daily
administrative tasks such as working with submitted mortgage loan
files from submission to closing and assisting loan officer and
management in making sure the files meet all compliance and
underwriting standards during and after the intake period.
Prior industry experience is not required but a good attitude,
people skills, and attention to detail is a must!

--- Proficient computer knowledge in Outlook and Microsoft
Office
Responsibilities:
Utilize database to safely keep track of customer records
--- Assist mortgage applicants in the process of obtaining a
mortgage loan
--- Order property and loan documentation such as appraisals,
inspections, title searches, site surveys, contracts, and property
tax records to help process mortgage loan files
--- Ensure loan files meet lending and regulatory guidelines and
policies
--- Maintain detailed documentation of the process in our system -
from start to close
--- Assemble and submit loan packages to the lender underwriters
for approval or denial
Qualifications:
Can work on deadline and handle private client information
Able to effectively communicate to clients and other team members
in a timely manner
2-3 years experience providing administrative support in a personal
assistant role, or similar
Accustomed to navigating computer software such as Microsoft Office
and MLS
High school diploma or equivalent required
Real estate experience preferred but not required
